The objective: decline of frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications for women with infertility of different genesis in anamnesis on the basis of study of features of motion of pregnancy and births, functional state of fetoplacental complex, system immunity and microbiocenosis of sexual ways, and also development and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic measures.
Materials and methods. By us 270 women were inspected with infertility of different genesis in anamnesis, which were up-diffused on such groups and sub-groups. In the complex of the conducted researches were included clinical, echographic, laboratory, instrumental, morphological and statistical methods.
Results. High-frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications for women with the broken reproductive function is conditioned by the changes of system immunity, cytokine status and microbiocenosis of sexual ways, thus the degree of these violations depends on genesis of infertility, here most high-frequency of decompencated violations (20,0%) is characteristic for patients with infertility of the combined genesis. The use of the offered algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic measures allows
substantially to reduce frequency of basic obstetric and perinatal complications: involuntary breaking of pregnancy – at 6,3 time, premature births – at 2,7 time, placenta disfunction – at 1,3 time; labor anomalies– at 1,4 time, fetal distress– at 1,3 time, asphyxias of new-born to the middle and heavy degree – at 2,2 time and total reproductive losses – at 1,6 time.
Conclusions. Use of the offered algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic measures for women with infertility of different genesis in anamnesis with the use of the differentiated approach, allows substantially to decrease frequency not only reproductive losses but also basic obstetric and perinatal complications which are the decision of important problem of modern obstetrics.
