The objective: to conduct the cross-correlation analysis of factors of development of infertility.
Materials and methods. After the presence of risk factors we compared the group of healthy patients to the presence of births in anamnesis (control group), in which 50 patients entered with the group of patients with infertility, which was made by 100 women: 40 with primary infertility, 60 – with the second infertility. The analysis of distributing of quantitative characteristics of patients in the investigated groups on the basis of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test allowed to come to the conclusion that information variables did not have normal distribution. Consequently, for statistical calculations applied the methods of non-parametric statistics. For the estimation of size of effect at the use of four-course tables of tie-up was a criterion used φ, at multifield tables is a criterion of V Cramer.
Results. Prognostically significant predictors for the origin of infertility there is a presence of endometriosis, polycystic ovary (promote authenticity), pathology of cervix, resection of ovary (reduce authenticity). Thus, for this model there is a coefficient of determining of R2=0,292, which shows statistically meaningful explanation by these factors of authenticity of development
of primary infertility at the investigated group of women on 29,3%. Part of correct predictions of absence of infertility made in the investigated selection (specificity) – 99,3%, for the presence of infertility (sensitiveness) – 27,5%. A general percent of correct predictions was 79,6%.
Conclusions. The got results it must draw on at development of algorithm of prognostic and diagnostic measures.
